Do you offer Delivery and Pickup?

Yes!

We offer delivery and pickup services for your event rentals. Delivery within 12 miles of our warehouse near Carolina Beach is available for a flat rate of $100.00. Additional mileage may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

Pickup/Drop-off:

Prefer to pick-up your rentals? Customer pickup and return is available! Pickup and drop-off times are scheduled ahead of time; we do our best to offer flexible timing whenever possible.

Do you offer setup and breakdown?

Yes. We offer setup and breakdown service. Our goal is to keep pricing simple and transparent, and we do our best to avoid unnecessary add-on charges. In rare cases where a setup requires significant additional time or labor (such as difficult access, stairs, or long carry distances), we will always discuss this with you in advance as part of your quote.

  • Small Events (up to ~30 guests): $40

  • Medium Events (30-75 guests): $75

  • Large Events (75+ guests): $100

This service includes setting up tables, chairs, and linens according to your event layout and returning after the event to break everything down and pack it up.

What areas do you serve?

Tide & Table Party Rentals proudly serves Carolina Beach, Wilmington, Leland, Wrightsville Beach, Kure Beach, Hampstead, Surf City, and surrounding coastal communities. Delivery is available within 12 miles of our Carolina Beach warehouse for a flat rate; we can accommodate events outside this area depending on availability.

What happens if it rains or the weather changes?

We understand that coastal weather can be unpredictable. If severe weather is expected, we will work with you to determine the best solution for your rental items. Certain items, such as umbrellas, may not be safe to use in high winds.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular dates in the spring and summer. Reserving early helps ensure availability of the rental items you need for your event.

When will my items be delivered?

Standard deliveries are scheduled between 9:00am and 1:30pm on the day prior or day of your event.

If your event requires a specific delivery time or a shorter delivery window, we’re happy to discuss accommodations in advance whenever possible.

Do you have an order minimum?

We do not require an order minimum!

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your rental items and event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to delivery.

Can rentals be setup on sand or grass?

Yes, most items can be setup on grass, sand or hard surfaces, depending on the equipment. If your event location has unique access considerations (stairs, beach access, long walking distance), please let us know so we can plan accordingly.
